The experience of climatic change I had yesterday prompt me into writing this post. Since I was born and conscious of what is happening around me I had never witness the kind of heat wave that happened yesterday, which has caused dehydration of body fluids, weakness, headache and other discomfort yesterday. I personally felt the headache and was little bit fatigue because of the hot weather which lasted for over 11 hours before the weather started cooling gradually.

All these is happening because of climate change which some of the world leaders have failed in their duty to tackle. If proper precautions are not taken, it can further leads to more global destructions of many things which the world is already witnessing, in case of natural disasters in many countries.

The effect of global warming as a result of climate change is overwhelming which has a negative effects on our mental health.

Psychologists in their studies believe that climate change impacts on Human and our natural habitat is one of the leading factors causing trauma, which the world is struggling to take very important and necessary action against.

To protect our mental health is to accept the fact rather than denying it. It might not be comfortable to accept but is healthy for our mental health.

Another thing we can all do to cope with mental stress is to play with nature, listen to it, doing that will make you feel relaxed mentally.

We can also think, plan and execute what will contribute positively to our natural habitat, and that will help combat climate change.
