WHAT SHOULD WE BE EATING TO KEEP US HEALTHY AND VIBRANT

Balance is the combination of the six classes of food which gives your body the nutrients it needs to function correctly. To get the nutrition you need, most of your daily calories should come from a clear and nutrionalized food,which will keep the human body healthy and balanced.The six classes of food contain protein,carbohydrate,vitamins,fat and oil, mineral salt and water. These six classes of food make the body healthy and keep the body away from diseases. Normally in the morning before eating any food take a glass of water before taking The normal food we support to take to keep our body healthy in the morning is tea,bread,egg and iris potatoes, in the afternoon the normal nutritional food we take to keep our body healthy is rice, bean, meat, while in the evening is semovita,vegetables soup or Amala food and vegetables soup.
In the morning the tea,bread,egg and iris potatoes is the combination of protein,vitamins,fat and oil,carbohydrates and water which will make the body healthy and will fight against unwanted disease.The egg and tea is protein which will build the body and resist the body from diseases.

In the afternoon during the lunch,the needful thing that need to be done before eating your lunch is to keep your body warm by doing a timely exercise before taking taking the lunch because is the combination of strong and light food together which is good for the health and digest the food with a complex reaction from the stomach to the small intestine down to the large intestine to the anus as a waste product.the lunch is rice bean stew and fish or meat and atheist two glass cup of water.

evening which is dinner the needful which will keep the body healthy from before taking the dinner is by taking a cup of cool water in the stomach first taking the dinner after taking the dinner before going to bed follow It with a warm tea with a normal sugar level degree.
To make the body healthy and to fight against disease is by taking the necessary diet required for your health.This are the necessary foods which we will take in the morning,afternoon and evening to make humans healthy and stronger.
