Question Of The Week 9.3 "Have you ever witness a miracle? Please share your story..."

Thank you dear ecotrain for this lovely opportunity.

A miracle happens to proof that there are no impossibilities with God.He is neither trammelled to time nor space. The creation of the whole wide world and nature itself is an eloquent testimony to the unquestionable existence of miracles.I am usually fascinated by nature especially the stages of development of coconuts.
Coconuts are tropical fruits cultivated solely for it's fruits,it's high oil contents and the ornamental purpose it serves. The stages of growth of the coconut tree from a mere seedling to a matured coconut tree is a miracle.First,a dried coconut is buried in the earth.with time,it sprouts and grows into a big palm. With time,it attains fruit-bearing stageimg_20220121_125753_211.jpg
The fruits mature from a pea-size coconut fruit to a fully matured coconut enclosed with waterimg_20220121_130024_340.jpg

This,in my judgement,is a miracle. How did water get in there without an opening seeing that a coconut fruit has no lid? This is a rhetorical question and calls for some sober reflection on the matter. The earthly ministration of Jesus was bolstered with preponderance miracles- from healing the infirm, walking upon the sea, raising the dead, inter alia. These plethora miracles helped make the people trust unwaveringly in God.
I have firsthand experiences with near- hopeless situations that have made me believe, without a modicum of doubt, the existence of miracles.I still do retrospect on a voyage I embarked upon from Lagos to Rivers States here in Nigeria. On the second day into the voyage, the weather suddenly fickled and the rains fell in torrents! The small boat that we voyaged in was tossed about in the crest like a cork! The number of live-jackets available was trammelled to go round the well over 12 passengers that were onboard the boat!
In the end, the boat wrecked on a sand-bank in the high-sea.Struggling to swim to shore was seemingly a herculean task.Humanly,we reasoned that it was the end of the road and that decimation awaited us all. Some minutes after the disaster, God sent a vessel of the Nigerian Navy to rescue us in the end.To have escaped death by the hair's breath testifies to the fact that miracles exist and that God is ever present in the worst and hopeless of situations.
Furthermore,my neighbour has been married for more than 20 years without a child.all efforts to get her conceive by means of crooks yielded no hope in sight for in the midst of frustrated attempts, they soon got disenchanted in their quest for the fruit of the womb.Their barren situation attracted the pity of well-meaning neighbours in the neighbourhood.sequel to this, suggestions poured in from all quarters of our vicinity in regards with whom to consult for speedy solutions.
The couple experimented with all of the ideas they were proffered but things remained negative. As a last resort, they consulted with a pastor, who after a counselling session advised that they pray and wait patiently on God.The couple did as instructed and at God's appointed time, the woman conceived and after 20 years of marriage brought forth twins- a boy and a girl at the age of 54 years! No one ever thought they were going to be parents in this life but for their unflinching faith in God, they were.
God's power is untrammeled. He is an impossibility specialist. All that He requires of us is faith- an unwavering faith in his word and he will manifest Himself in a miraculous way that we never expected. But when we get skeptical,we limit Him.Lazarus died and was buried only for Jesus to go to his home some three days afterwards and by then, his remains were already decomposing gradually.God is never late,He is always on time.Lazarus was raised from the dead after three days of being buried and laid in his tomb.
God wants us fervent in our faith in Him.He does not want us dismayed in whatever affliction we may be undergoing. This is so because He is a very present help in time of trouble.
I am a living testimony.img_20211017_103431_770.jpg
