My first thought about this title was like "Parents would have fun with writing on this topic" but then, not being a parent doesn't mean one haven't seen how amazing kids are and the wonder works parents are doing to bring up a child. Listing just five amazing things about them is like taking 5 out of 100.
Five Amazing Things About Kids
I've always seen kids as unique beings, they grow so well and all cute that you'd never imagine them to grow stubborn or disobedient. Sometimes I wish kids don't grow up so they could remain cute and innocent. I'm not a parent yet but I've learnt about some amazing things about kids through my baby cousins.
They Are Innocent: Kids give cute faces, laugh stylishly when they do something wrong just so you don't hit them or shout at them. But when you ignore such and hit them, they cry so loud as if they did nothing wrong to deserve it. They also cry to the person who hit them for comfort, so innocent.
They Are Comedians: I can remember clearly the first dance my baby cousin did when she turned some months old, it was so funny that the whole house was laughing so hard. Kids can be very funny with their plays, sounds and even sometimes scare you in their baby way... Very funny if you could imagine.
They Are Determined: The rate at which kids learn new things to improve themselves is so amazing to me. We see some kids who skipped crawling stage to standing and walking. They pick up habits faster than adults and this is why it's advisable to mind what is done in the presence of a child.
They Are Easily Entertained: I've noticed that kids make happy sounds when they see a bright light or colorful things. They are easily entertained by such things, I guess this was the reason for toys invention and kids can be very creative with these toys.
They Make Friends Easily: A kid is hardly lonely in the presence of other kids, they tend to bond with kids faster to play together. Their boldness and care free spirit is just so amazing to me.
Five Amazing Things About Parenting
I've read so many times that parenting is a very difficult task, I'm not a parent so I won't agree or disagree with it but I know for sure that one needs to be ready in all aspects to have a kid. Five amazing things about parenting are:
They Laugh and Hurt More: I don't know how parents do it but they suffer from switching of feelings from time to time just to be sure their child is fine. Kids bring happiness when they are happy and fine but make the family worry when they fall sick.
Nothing Embarrasses Them: Some mothers are seen breastfeeding in public places, cleaning poops from places, using their mouths to clean their babies nose. People may see it as an embarrassing thing but they are too busy caring for their child that they don't feel embarrassed by anything.
They Hone Their Ninja Skills: Maybe parents have a bit of ninja skill in them but they develop it even stronger because of their kids. Kids tend to fall easily especially for the ones trying to walk around on their own. Parents are seen catching their falling kids so fast that you begin to question their ninja capabilities.
They Are Very Attentive: A parent could hear her child's cry from a far distance, sometime I feel that they do have a super power to be able to hear that far because they do it without even stressing themselves much. Their attentiveness make me wonder if the have a double ear drum.
They Enjoy Baby's Food: Being a parent is so full of work to be done that they find it hard to eat well, instead they feed on the baby's food. I've tasted some of their meals and they are not always delicious but parents enjoy them.
