Greetings, the subject of spirituality in recent years has been taken into account, even with different points of belief in it, each one from their own reality, but for me it is that of going to your inner world and listening to yourself, what is there, it is studying elements such as emotions, feelings, thoughts and how it leads us to react to situations that we are presented with daily. ...it is something like the search for Peace...and it turns out that Peace is within you...the idea is that when we find ourselves in unpleasant situations we can handle situations without getting so overwhelmed and surrendering because that is why what happens happens is what happens.

Saludos, el tema de la espiritualidad en los últimos años ha sido tomado en cuenta, igual con diferentes puntos de creer en ella cada quien desde su realidad, pero para mi es eso de ir a tú mundo interno y escucharte, que hay allí, es estudiar elementos como emociones, sentimientos, pensamientos y como nos lleva a reaccionar ante situaciones que se nos presentan a diario...es algo así como la búsqueda de la Paz...y resulta que la Paz está dentro de ti...la idea es que cuando nos encontremos en situaciones desagradables podamos manejar situaciones sin agobiarse tanto y entregar porque por algo sucede lo que sucede.
