Good evening my hivers how has the weekend been over there, I hope it is treating you all well. So today I bring to you a very pleasant post which I believe you will all love to hear about. For some weeks past, I have been talking about the student workshop experience program abbreviated as (SWEP) league which consists of just 5 engineering department of out current level and the name of each departmental team are electrical engineering team, mechanical engineering team, civil engineering team, mechatronics engineering team and Agricultural engineering team. Before the league started we were told that the ant team who happen to be the champion will be awarded with a lot of money and the winner takes it all.
It all started with a friendly match back then when we were still preparing for the main match and I happen to be among the first 11 team which is Agricultural engineering and due to the fact that the better player are selected to play for a certain team, I was chosen to be among them. We played just two friendly match before the week of the real league and we won all the friendly with 7 goals to one for both teams which we played with.
The league started and all teams were trying their best just to be able to be called the champions but the saddest part is that only one team will be call champion and will take all the money. Due to my team cooperation, we were able to stay in the league unbeaten by defeating all other teams without even having a draw we were leading all other team with a clear point distance and today we played one of the toughest among the team which we slightly defeated at first leg and today we were able to defeat them with 2 goals to nil making us the champion even before the league ended.
Time for celebration started in our group and it was so full of fun and happiness as we did it right from the beginning of the league to the present stage which we got to.
