What I'm I Most Grateful For In Life? (ecoTrain QOTW)

By default, everyone would be grateful for the gift of life, this is because it acts as a basic or a platform through which other gifts are built upon. Now it might feel strange, but this is largely true. Being alive is a gift because we aren't alive through our own making, even it's our habits, practices or lifestyle that often determines how well our lives eventually turns out. Life is challenging, life can be hard, but a high percentage of people are grateful to be meandering through.

They're happy to cultivate hope in moments of despair. Being alive comes with moments where pains make people wish they weren't. Sometimes it's difficult to appreciate the gift of life, especially when every circumstances that comes one's way can be overwhelming. Nevertheless, there's a way we can find a balance and sometimes when we achieve this balance, one can then be able to tap into the beauty of life and enjoy it accordingly.

Specifically, everyone eventually narrows down the gift of life to other aspects, because mind you. We're sometimes subconsciously and consciously grateful. For waking up, for overcoming challenges, for getting help when it matters the most, for silently calling or seeking God when we can no longer handle a situation and mysteriously something unexpected happens, and we're good again.

Sometimes we're grateful without even making it obvious that we are. Being subconsciously grateful is always shown in our attitude and our dispositions, the way we tend to talk to people, the positivity in our voices, the smiles we give as feedback. Sometimes others wonder how we manage to achieve this positive energy. The truth is, there are times in our lives where we need to "win". Need to find accomplishments and need to scale through, when we eventually do, we're subconsciously grateful by cultivate even better position aura, vibes or energy.

As for me, I'm grateful....

...for having the right people in my life to some extent Now I wouldn't say in all aspects but the aspects that actually matters the most. Having the right people is everything, from having the right parents, right acquaintances, colleagues, friends and even family. This is because these people, who they are, where they come from, how they're impactful and how this impact generally aligns to us play a key role in our foundational development.

Everything I have been, done and achieved in life has been because of having the right friends, who I'll call family. While growing up, that gave me a motivation, inasmuch as my hope for life didn't stem from my biological parents, my hope that life would eventually turn out rightly was being exposed to them. Their "can do" spirit, their drive and positive outlook to life.

Life however brings a blend of the right and wrong people. Not everyone is lucky enough to attract the right people. Attracting the right people isn't determination on your goodness or qualities and positive values. In fact these might be weaknesses which attracts the wrong people. Like I said, luck plays a huge impact. Sometimes in life, we're in the right place but just at the wrong time or just at the wrong places but the right time.

Being at the right place and at the right time is a blessing, the right "timing" brings a lot of positives. This is why some people spend the rest of their lives in search of the right people, while others just effortlessly have the opportunity to meet the right people even without setting out to find them. Sometimes we play a role, sometimes forces greater than our reckoning does. At the end of the day, it's always a blessing to have the right people.

No one is 100% motivated or demotivated on their own. At one point in time, we become "who" or "what" the people in our lives decides. A person driven by success or growth, might be gassed out, tired and fatigued due to the problematic condition of continuously pushing in life, they'll need that extra push.

At every point in my life, I've seen stages where I've given it up, there's been no stage in my life where I haven't been faced with challenges that might have made me give it up, but having the right people have countlessly made the difference. This is why I remain grateful. No one can say they're who they are, of their making. Everyone needs a dosage of motivation to keep pushing through the hurdles of life, and it comes from the environment "without".
