This week's question looks simple but is not because healthy eating has to do with a lot of factors.
Age has to be considered as well as availability of food and able to access food at the moment.

I will try and round up my write up in one aspect.

To me food is Life.

Healthy eating involves but not limited to, nutrients in foods consumed, balance/proportionality of food consumed, diversity/variety of foods and pattern/methods of cooking.

When eating food to be healthy, one has to consider the nutrients in the food consumed.
Each food has it's nutrients, so when eaten it has something to contribute in one's body.
Most foods are highly nutritious when eaten alone for the time being while others are very much okay when you complement it with another, and also eating one type of food can be tiring.

In balance and proportionality, you consider "eating to be alive not eating because you're alive".
What this means is some people just consume food until they can't lift any part of their body, which is bad.
They do this especially when the food is delicious or when said to have fasted for some time. They said too much of everything is bad, yes food is Life but don't kill life for food. Remember quality over quantity.
Is not when you pack a lot of rice to eat without complementing it will veggies, protein source and any fruit available.
Portion size of food consumed should be considered. The only food I believe to be consumed in large quantity is vegetables.

Choosing foods from different food sources should also be considered in healthy eating.
That is were diversity/variety comes in. Checking the food groups chart is also a nice step to healthy eating.
when eating to be healthy one shouldn't limit to eating just from one type of food. There shouldn't be any dislike in food once you want to be healthy.
At least if you don't like a particular vegetable, you can be able to eat another type of vegetable to replace what you missed from the one you don't like.
Eating from different varieties of food is also a good choice to healthy eating, though religious and cultural beliefs limit people to be able to do so.
No food is poisonous except when there is a mistake in the cooking and preparation methods.
God blessed Earth with a lot of varieties of food, is left for us to know them and know how to prepare them well, safe for consumption.
No matter how nutritious a food is once it doesn't pass the organleptic attributes of a person, one won't be able to eat it.
This organleptic attributes are the sense of smell, sight and taste.
That is when the aroma of the food to be eaten is good, the color not offensive and the taste pleasant.

And also in healthy eating, it is great when one cook it's meal and eat, keeping cold foods cold and hot foods hot.
Example (smoothie) blending different varieties of fruits and vegetables together without adding any additives, eating it without cooking it by boiling.

With the above stated, I won't be telling you to eat this particular food but to put the little I have written in consideration.
Because the availability and accessibility of food is also important in healthy eating.
Most foods are not sometimes available in a particular time, they might be available in little quantity that can't be accessed by all at that particular time.

Indeed healthy eating involves a lot, I am glad to be contributing a little to the week's question through my nutrition knowledge.

Thanks for reading.
