For health purpose fish egg is very rich source of Omega-3 fatty acids and more.
After a long time i made this taste Fish Egg pakora dish by myself, Now i am sharing snap step wise which will help you to make it easily. This snack is very easy to made but need to follow some steps.
INGREDIENTS:-
Fish Egg 250 Grams
Garlic 2-3 pieces & 1-2 pieces green chilli (make paste of it)
Chopped onion 1piece (Small)
Red chilli powder ½ Tablespoon
Besan (Gram flour) 3 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1 Tablespoon
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt ½ tablespoon
Cooking oil /Mustard oil for frying purpose
How to make It (Step wise):-
Mix all the ingredients into a bowl except mustard oil or any cooking oil, remember must not add water in it.
Take the Fish Eggs in a large bowl and then add garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and Besan (Gram flour) and mixed it well.
Heat Mustard oil in a pan and by hand pour small size of the batter in oil. Fry on low heat till the pakora turn light brown as shown in image.
Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.If you like my posts then please support.
