How such a simple question can be so complex to answer, fairness in life depends on the eyes that look at it. It is not such a simple thing to define and it is almost certain that at some time you have felt that feeling that life was not fair to you.
I am one of those people who believe in karma, although I have no affinity with any religion I do believe in the fact that we should do good, be good people for the simple fact of being the right thing to do and that the universe can return that good behavior.
Although all this sounds very nice I personally think that life is a chaos of alternative routes that are solved based on the decisions you make and that no matter how well you behave it is part of the process of life to overcome obstacles, where by pure statistics can end in a way that seems to you that life is unfair.
Still, with all the above thinking I explained to you, what defines a fair life? While we have a plate of food on the table there are children in Africa dying of malnutrition. In my country many families have to work just to be able to put something in their mouths and this weekend the government announced a salary increase that is equivalent to $3.54 US dollars, emphasizing that it is a monthly salary and not an hourly payment.
I live in Venezuela, a country where all goods and services are marked in U.S. dollars and inflation is so high that even in U.S. dollars prices are increased every week. Is there justice in life for people born here? How guilty are we all for what we are living in the country?

Como una pregunta tan simple puede ser tan compleja de responder, la justicia en la vida depende de los ojos que la miren. No es algo tan sencillo de definir y es casi seguro que alguna vez sentiste esa sensación de que la vida no era justa contigo.
Yo soy de las personas que cree en el karma, aunque no tengo afinidad con ninguna religión si creo en el hecho de que debemos hacer el bien, ser buenas personas por el simple hecho de ser lo correcto y que además el universo puede devolvernos ese buen comportamiento.
Aunque todo esto suene muy lindo personalmente pienso que la vida es un caos de rutas alternativas que se van solucionando en base a las decisiones que tomas y que por muy bien que te porte es parte del proceso de la vida superar obstáculos, donde por pura estadística pueden finalizar de una forma que te parezca que la vida es injusta.
Aun así, con todo el pensar anterior que te explique ¿Qué define que la vida sea justa? Mientras nosotros tenemos un plato de comida en la mesa hay niños en áfrica muriendo por desnutrición. En mi país muchísimas familias pasan trabajo solo para poder llevarse algo a la boca y este fin de semana el gobierno anunció un aumento de sueldo que equivale a $3.54 dólares americanos, destacando que es sueldo mensual y no pago por hora.
Vivo en Venezuela, un país donde todo los bienes y servicios están marcados en dólares americanos y que la inflación es tan grande que aun estando en dólares americanos los precios son aumentados cada semana. ¿Hay justicia en la vida para las personas que nacen acá? ¿Qué tan culpables somos todos de lo que estamos viviendo en el país?

That leads us to an important thought, if we are guilty of an unfair situation in life that makes it less unfair or makes it part of the karma process that I mentioned at the beginning. Personally I think that there is not so much injustice if you are part of the problem that generated that injustice, but at the same time the babies that are born in these situations are not to blame for anything.
We must accept that the road we have to travel will not always be fair and beautiful, that we will encounter many injustices, many obstacles that we will have to overcome as part of the process of our growth as human beings. Although it pains us to admit it, injustices are part of the process of life and do not always have such a simple reading to qualify them as unjust.
In the end we just have to live our lives being the best people we can be and accepting that not everything we see as unfair in this life is so easy to classify, that even being unfair in our eyes is what we have to live and is part of life, having to learn that everything has hues and nothing is of an exact solid color.
I do not want to close the writing in a negative tone, so I remind you what I said at the beginning, life is a path of possibilities and you are the one who will travel that road. It is up to you to look for the good things and cultivate the fairness you desire, to be part of the good part in the path of others.

Eso nos lleva a una reflexión importante, si somos culpables de una situación injusta en la vida eso la hace menos injusta o la vuelve parte del proceso de karma que mencione al principio. Personalmente pienso que no hay tanta injusticia si eres parte del problema que generó esa injusticia, pero al mismo tiempo los bebés que nacen en estas situaciones no tienen culpa de nada.
Debemos aceptar que el camino que nos tocó recorrer no siempre será justo y hermoso, que no encontraremos muchas injusticias, muchos obstáculos que deberemos superar como parte del proceso de nuestro crecimiento como seres humanos. Aunque nos duela admitirlo las injusticias son parte del proceso de la vida y no siempre tienen una lectura tan simple para calificarlas de injustas.
Al final solo debemos vivir nuestras vidas siendo las mejores personas que podamos ser y aceptando que no todo lo que vemos como injusto en esta vida es tan fácil de clasificar, que aun siendo injusto ante nuestros ojos es lo que tocó vivir y es parte de la vida, teniendo que aprender que todo tiene matices y nada es de un color sólido exacto.
No quiero cerrar el escrito en tono negativo, por ello te recuerdo lo que dije al principio, la vida es un camino de posibilidades y tú eres el que va recorrer esa ruta. En ti está en buscar las cosas buenas y cultivar esa justicia que deseas, en ser parte la parte buena en el camino de los demás.
