Ambos procedimientos no solo generan tierra fertilizada, crean ecosistemas, crea vida!

Good morning dear hivers, it is a pleasure to talk to you about nature, its splendor and its magical way of creating and regenerating itself is amazing!

Mother earth is so abundant, fertile and kind, every day we must appreciate her and repay her for everything she gives us daily.

Mother earth is so abundant, fertile and kind that every day we must appreciate her and give her back everything she gives us daily, just like us she is a living being that feels and suffers due to our unconscious acts, it is time to act and every action in favor of helping her no matter how small it generates a change, for this reason,

I share with you a simple way to contribute to nature by recycling the organic waste we generate in our home.

In the backyard of my house I have a small vegetable garden which I fertilize with the organic compound that I produce, to create your compost you need:

  • Dried flowers and leaves.
  • Branches or fallen tree trunks.
  • Eggshells
  • Vegetable shells, decomposed vegetables.
  • Green branches of pruned trees.

You can do it in 2 ways using additional soil or just the materials I mentioned.

To make it with soil you must make it in layers, the first layer you must place dry leaves.

.Then place a medium layer (not so thick) of common soil, add another layer of vegetable shells, eggshells, coffee grounds.

Again place another medium layer of soil and pour the remains of leaves and green branches, a tip I give you, chop into small pieces the branches and green leaves so that they decompose faster.

Apply another medium layer of soil and add a little water on top of the compost to generate moisture.

Another option is what I currently use: dig a hole not too deep and place all the materials in small pieces, apply a thin layer of soil over it, add water, and then cover with a thick plastic bag. The bag serves to decompose the waste very quickly.

Both procedures not only generate fertilized soil, but they also create ecosystems, they create life! In it, you will start to see ants, worms, fungi and even earthworms that are excellent for nourishing the soil with their excrement.

I love my garden, my plants and mainly Gaia, I am grateful to be able to live in her and it makes me very happy to contribute in this way, I appreciate your interest in reading my publication and your appreciated comments, goodbye @floramarela
