Potatoes are a common ingredient in meals, they can be combined with almost any ingredient. I usually boil potatoes with a little salt and serve with majonaye sauce. How to make?
Step 1: Wash the potatoes and onions. I like to leave the skin on the potatoes because there is a lot of fiber in the skin. Where I live, small potatoes taste better than large ones.
Young ribs are washed with diluted salt water and drained. Chop the ribs into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2: Marinate the ribs with the prepared ingredients: Five-spice powder, chili powder, shallot, minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons sugar, 2 tablespoons cooking oil . They are mixed well to infuse the ribs with spices.
Step 3: Add the potatoes and mix well with the ribs so that the potatoes infuse the spices. Marinate them for 1-3 hours.
Step 4: Bake the potatoes and ribs at 220 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes, then increase the heat to 250 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes to make the ribs and potatoes more delicious. Note that after 15 minutes of baking, remember to open the oven to turn the ribs and potatoes to cook evenly.
Step 5: Take out and enjoy. This dish is very delicious served with crispy toasted bread. There is nothing better than enjoying this dish with your loved ones.
