Hello dears beautiful women.I hope all of you are safe and well. Today I came in front of you again with the recipe of mango chutney.

Raw mango chutney. When you hear this name, water comes to your tongue. It is a food that everyone loves, big or small. And this chutney is really tasty to eat.

Demand for this specialty has grown significantly as a result of recent corporate scandals. This mango chutney is very popular among the people of our country as well as the people of our country.

Mango chutney usually takes more spice ingredients to make, because the flavor and taste of the chutney is in this spice. So I first gave you the necessary spices and other ingredients for the chutney.

#Ingredients for mango chutney: -

  • Raw mango
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pachporan
  • Fennel
  • Cumin
  • Tasty salt
  • Bay leaves
  • Cinnamon
  • Dried pepper
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chili powder
  • Garlic paste
  • Ginger paste
  • Mustard paste
  • Mustard oil
  • Water

Mango Cutting: -

I took about 3 kg of raw mango. After dropping the mango seeds in 3 kg, the amount of mango will decrease, so I took more. I soaked the mangoes in water for a while, then peeled the mango.
Then I cut them into small pieces and threw away the mango seeds. I cut all the raw mangoes in the same way and also took the mangoes that were stuck in the seeds.

Making spices for chutney: -

★ Pachporan 2 tablespoons, cumin 1 tablespoon, fennel 1 tablespoon, a large size cinnamon, 3-4 bay leaves, 3 dried chillies. I heated these ingredients well in a pan, reduced the heat of the oven and dried and fried them. Then I grind them in light heat. When powdered in hot condition, it becomes well powdered. I crushed them.
I took 1 teaspoon of ginger paste, 5 teaspoons of garlic paste, 2 teaspoons of mustard paste. I took the rest of the materials.

The first step in making chutney: -

I took the cut mangoes in a pan. I gave a little more than 2 cups of water and 1 teaspoon of salt. I put the pan in the oven with the fire in the oven.
After cooking it for about 15-20 minutes, the mangoes become soft. And when the mango became soft and the water dried, I took the pan with the mango out of the oven.

2nd step of making chutney: -

I took the pan for pickling. I put it in the oven and gave 1 cup of mustard oil. After the oil got a little hot, I added garlic paste and ginger paste. I kept stirring them in the oil. Then I gave turmeric powder, chilli powder, mustard paste. I squeezed them a little and gave them 3 cups of sugar. Raw mango has a high level of sourness, so I increased the amount of sugar.

After giving the sugar, I gave it with a little water so that the lump of sugar does not ripen. When the sugar is completely melted and liquid, I started to give the previously cooked mango little by little with the help of a big spoon. As I was giving the mangoes, I kept stirring them to mix them with the sugar. After giving all the mangoes, I kept stirring them constantly.

I started cooking them on the stove over medium heat, it started to boil, and after this hot mango drop came on my body, I started to cook slowly by reducing the fire of the stove. The mangoes can stick to the bottom of the pan so I cook them by constantly stirring them with a fork. I added half a teaspoon of tasty salt and 2/3 dried chillies.

After cooking for a long time, when the water of mango and sugar dried and it became sticky, I reduced the heat of the stove even more. After cooking for about 30 minutes, the mango chutney becomes sticky.

Then it was my turn to add spices, so I put the previously ground spices in the mango, after which I started cooking again, stirring. So that these mixed spices are well mixed in the mango. After cooking for a while more, when it leaves the pan, I cook for 3-4 minutes and take it out of the oven.

After taking it down, when it gets cold, and it becomes more sticky. I made it very easily. This is one of my favorite items. If you don't taste mango chutney with meat-rice, khichuri, it doesn't taste good.

#Storage:-

It can be eaten at normal temperature for 4-5 months. It can be kept at normal temperature in the fridge for longer storage.
