In today's time, various diseases are happening due to stress. In such a situation, every effort should be made to stay away from worry. But to get rid of it, first of all, we have to identify its causes. The cause of concern can be a particular event or even a particular person. That's why we have to adopt innovative ways to overcome our stresses, because if we are able to find out what is the cause of our anxiety, then we can solve this problem in innovative ways so that it does not surround us again.
we sure did have the worries of tomorrow but we should love the present to leave the future/tomorrow be that way as it is. we can't change that in fact, we are just waiting for our present by worrying about tomorrow.
