En el seno de una familia vivían cuatro personas, mamá, papá y dos hijos, hembra y varón. Por lo general cada uno se dedicaba a realizar sus tareas diarias, trabajar, estudiar, hacer los oficios y en los ratos de descanso, cada uno en lo suyo, ver televisión, computadora, lectura o simplemente dormir. Ninguno pretendía cambiar su ritmo de vida pero una fuerte pandemia sumada a una grave crisis de país lo cambió todo. Se pensaba en ese grupo que vivían todos felices, poco a poco fueron cambiando de opinión. Convivir y adaptarse a las nuevas condiciones de vida, no era fácil para ninguno. Por momentos, la tristeza los arropaba, el silencio los aturdía y la soledad les hacía compañía.
There were four people living in one family, a mother, a father and two children, a girl and a boy. Generally, each one of them dedicated to carry out their daily tasks, work, study, do their jobs and during the times of rest, each one in his own thing, watching television, computer, reading or simply sleeping. None of them wanted to change their rhythm of life but a strong pandemic added to a serious crisis of the country changes everything. They thought they were all happy, but little by little they changed their minds. Living together and suffering the new conditions of life was not easy for anyone. At times, sadness enveloped them, silence stunned them and loneliness kept them company.

Were the thoughts and feelings unwelcome?
No, pero ninguno lo sabía. Pasaban los días y el ambiente se ponía cada vez más tenso, el desequilibrio era evidente, la intolerancia quiso posicionarse. Aún así, en medio de la tragedia familiar, cada uno seguía aferrado a la idea de que seguían siendo una hermosa familia. Esa convicción, les dio fortalezas y herramientas buscar lo que tanto anhelaban, el amor.
No, but none of them did. The days passed and the atmosphere became more and more tense, the imbalance was evident, the intolerance wanted to take a stand. Yet, in the midst of the family tragedy, everyone still clung to the idea that they were still a beautiful family. That conviction gave them strength and tools to seek what they longed for, love.
Cada uno se fue dando cuenta de la importancia de darle alimento diario al corazón, cada uno reconoció la importancia de cuidarlo, cultivarlo y expresarlo. El camino no ha sido fácil para ninguno, una cosa era creer y otra diferente, permitirse ser. Creer ser, se divorcia de toda práctica, es una frase manejada solo en el discurso, cuando toca demostrar las lecciones pueden ser duras.
Each one realized the importance of giving daily nourishment to the heart, each one recognized the importance of caring for it, cultivating it and expressing it. The path has not been easy for anyone, one thing was to believe and another different, to allow oneself to be. Believing to be, is divorced from all practice, is a phrase handled only in speech, when it comes to demonstrate the lessons can be hard.
Han pasado los días y ya en el seno de la familia se muestra madurez, hay entendimiento y de alguna manera se muestran en equilibrio.
The days have passed and already within the family maturity is shown, there is understanding and somehow they are in balance.
La lección aprendida ha sido el no juzgar, reconocer que todos han sido analfabeta emocionales y que las razones del encierro, no es más que un mal necesario.
The lesson learned has been not to judge, to recognize that everyone has been emotionally illiterate and that the reasons for confinement are nothing more than a necessary evil.
