This week I have brought another great food contest which is Pasta and Noodles. Before presenting my food I will first give some details about pasta and noodles and also what is the difference between the two. These two foods are different from each other. Pasta is made in different shapes which are curly in shape, telephonic shape, round shape and many more designs.

Pasta is a very tasty food that everyone likes. It is made from a special type of flour which is well mixed and extracted in different forms by machine. This diet has many benefits, some of which are important because it is high in carbohydrates, which is very good for muscles and joints, as well as increases a person's energy, which strengthens the brain. Another advantage is that it is cholesterol free which is very safe to eat.

Noodles and pasta belong to the same family but there are some basic differences between them as noodles are made from wet flour and are made in a long shape. These foods are often preferred by the Chinese. It has a special machine which comes in long form after passing through the machine. The benefits of this food are like pasta which is cholesterol free and has a balanced diet and at the same time it increases the energy of the body which makes the brain fresh and sensitive. This is the main difference between pasta and noodles as far as I know i served for you.

Lets come to our contest which is cooking on a budget Pasta 🍝 and noodle 🍜. To make this dish I first bought a kilo of mix pasta and noodles from a nearby retail store which cost me about 210 RS and picked tomatoes, curds, green leafy vegetables, green chillies, capsicum, garlic, ginger from the vegetable store and make small pieces of one pound chicken.

First boil the mixed noodles and pasta well in water to soften well. In a separate pan, soften the tomato till it becomes a paste. Then mix the chopped garlic, ginger, capsicum, green spices and chicken pieces in this paste and leave it on the tail after shaking well. Our delicious food is ready. These pictures were taken with a mobile camera because I don't have an expensive camera. This is my entry this week which is present in the service of Ecotrain community.
