Those who deny them will go against them, they are not Islam or Muslims. The false Shiites reject the first three people of the Caliphate, the Prophet (peace be upon him), so they are false.
The Kharijites only accepted Siddi as Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him) and denied the rest, so they also said. And Mu'awiyah has fought against all of the Ahl al-Bayt, including Mawla Ala Radi Allahu Ta'ala Ahhu, the killer of innumerable Companions. He is basically a traitor to the message of Tawheed Ahl al-Bayt. That is why he and his party have been called hellish
