The first thing we must touch on to answer this question is what is justice? In a few words it is to give to each one what he deserves, if we look for a more formal definition we find this:

"Justice is the virtue of giving to each one what is due to him. It is a term that comes from the Latin word iustitia and has different meanings according to the culture, the values of each community and the scope of application of the term."

If you read this definition, the last part of it, clearly indicates that it differs according to the space or area where it is applied, that indicates that there are different types of justice, of which I will not speak here or at least not all because it is not the subject on which I should focus, or at least that is how I perceive it, I think that specifically here it is about social justice, although depending on the experiences of each human being could be another type.

When naming social justice I must clarify what we are talking about:

Social justice is a value that promotes equal respect for the rights and obligations of every human being in a given society.

Social justice generally focuses on the fair and equitable distribution of basic goods and services necessary for the development and development of a person in society, such as socio-affective welfare, education, health and human rights.

Now, as I perceive it, life will be fair or unfair to a great extent depending on what we wish to obtain and if the objective is achieved or not and also depending on the degree of maturity of each human being, since many times we do not want justice, we want to get our own way.

In the same way, I will not deny that there are many suffering people who really seem to have come to this world to lead a life full of tastelessness and thorns, which sometimes are not the result of their actions, but the environment in which they were born, live, or surround them, but many others the life of some is the result of their decisions, in short, cause and effect.

I am sure that most of those who read me have seen the movie Preciosa, a girl who spent many unpleasant moments, all or most of them within the bosom of her family, this movie is a sample of those people who come into the world to suffer, as there are others like for example, those who using their five senses and reasoning decide to hurt others for pure pleasure and I am not only talking about a psychopath or serial killer, I am also talking about those who do not mind hurting the feelings of others, cheating to swindle them or many other things that we can think of.

So for me, life often pays us or gives us back the same coin with which we have paid, either sooner or later, but everything comes, often the problem is not life, we are human beings and the treatment we give to others and the decisions we make and then irresponsibly do not want to assume the consequences.

For me, Cristina, life is fair or unfair depending on the eye with which you look at it or the experiences you have, in addition to the degree of maturity you have, because as I mentioned in my previous population we do not see things as they are, we see things as we are, that is, every human being sees life and events in a unique way.

En repetidas oportunidades hemos escuchado a alguna otra persona decir en diferentes tonos “no es justo” incluso nosotros mismos ante alguna situación que no es de nuestro total agrado o que no termina como esperábamos decimos lo mismo, ¿la vida es justa? Lo primero que debemos tocar para responder esta pregunta es ¿Qué es la justicia? En pocas palabras es dar a cada quien lo que merece, si buscamos una definición más formal encontramos esto:

“La justicia es la virtud de dar a cada uno lo que le corresponde. Es un término que proviene del vocablo latín iustitia y que tiene diferentes acepciones de acuerdo a la cultura, los valores propios de cada comunidad y el ámbito de aplicación del término.”

Si leíste esta definición, la ultima parte de la misma, claramente nos indica o señala, que difiere de acuerdo al espacio o ámbito donde esta se aplique, eso indica que existen diferentes tipo de justicia, de los cuales no hablare aquí o al menos no de todas porque no es el tema en el que debo enfocarme, o al menos así es como yo lo percibo, creo que específicamente aquí se trata de justicia social, aunque dependiendo de las vivencias de cada ser humano podría tratarse de otro tipo.

Al nombrar la justicia social debo aclarar de que se habla:

La justicia social es un valor que promueve el respeto igualitario de los derechos y las obligaciones de cada ser humano en determinada sociedad.

La justicia social, se enfoca generalmente, a la repartición justa y equitativa de los bienes y servicios básicos necesarios para el desarrollo y el desenvolvimiento de una persona en la sociedad como, por ejemplo, el bienestar socioafectivo, la educación, la salud y los Derechos Humanos.

Ahora bien, como yo lo percibo la vida será justa o injusta en gran medida dependiendo de lo que deseamos obtener y si se logra el objetivo o no y dependiendo también del grado de madurez de cada ser humano, ya que muchas ves no queremos justicia, queremos salirnos con la nuestra.

De la misma manera, no negare que existen muchas personas sufridas que realmente parece que hubieran venido a este mundo para llevar una vida llena de sin sabores y espinas, que en ocasiones no son consecuencia de sus actos, sino del entorno en el que nacieron, viven, o los rodea, pero muchas otras la vida de algunos es consecuencia de sus decisiones, en pocas palabras, causa y efecto.

Estoy segura de que la mayoría de los que me leen han visto la película Preciosa, una chica que paso muchísimos momentos desagradables todos o la mayoría dentro del mismo seno de su familia, esta película es una muestra de esas personas que llegan al mundo a padecer, como existen otros como por ejemplo, los que usando sus cinco sentidos y raciocinio deciden lastimar a otros por puro placer y no hablo solo de un psicópata o asesino serial, hablo también de aquellos que no les importa lastimar los sentimientos de otros, engañar para estafarlos o muchas otras cosas que se nos puedan ocurrir.

Así para mí, la vida muchas veces nos paga o devuelve la misma moneda con la que hemos pagado, ya sea tarde o temprano, pero todo llega, muchas veces el problema, no es la vida, somos los seres humanos y el trato que damos a los demás y las decisiones que tomamos y luego de manera irresponsable no queremos asumir las consecuencias.

Para mí, Cristina, la vida es justa o injusta dependiendo del ojo con que se mire o de las vivencias que se tengan, además del grado de madurez que se tenga, porque como mencione en mi población anterior no vemos las cosas como son, vemos las cosas como somos, es decir, cada ser humano ve la vida y los acontecimientos de una forma única.
