The other day my children went to their cousins' house to spend the afternoon and they had a new toy. Well not exactly a toy but a tree house that my brother had built for them. They spent the whole afternoon playing as usual and had a great time. Now that they don't have school and it's hot, they spend the day outside.
But as you can imagine now I have a problem and that is that my two little hooligans want their own house in the tree. And to complicate matters even more, her father and my brother have offered to do it, men. It's just that they're too young to have their own tree house and I'd have to watch them all day, stiff neck included.
The truth is that I have neither time nor desire for that level of attention. So now I'm the bad guy but I'd rather be the bad guy than have to rush to the hospital. Why do all children want to have a tree house?
