The election season is a season of scandals. Dummocratic party (yes, extreme right wingers) has introduced in the official discourse a question of elections meddling, relentlessly accusing Russia for their defeat and without a single evidence. But who are the real meddlers?
The top scandal of yesterday came from two criminal bloated centralized social platforms – Twitter and Facebook. What happened? Trump has announced a bombshell for October, and he has kept his promise: On October 14th, the New York Post published emails of Hunter Biden, retrieved from a water-damaged MacBook Pro, seized by the FBI in December 2019. The emails reveal corruption scheme of Bidens involved in Burisma affair, removing Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin, who wanted to investigate the case, and also material includes 12-minute video that appears to show Hunter, who’s admitted struggling with addiction problems, smoking crack while engaged in a sex act with an unidentified woman, as well as numerous other sexually explicit images.
But the corruption in Biden family is not news – everybody knows that and a massive number of people has seen the infamous “Well, son of a bitch. He got fired” video at YouTube. The news was a reaction by the largest social media platforms, which simply censored “smoking gun” emails that could damage Biden as a presidential candidate. That way, Twitter and Facebook not only show their political bias, but has directly meddle into the election process! We can understand strong reaction from the Republican side and raising questions like should Twitter and Facebook lose the immunity granted by Section 230 of the Telecommunications Act?
OK, they should. But I have another question. Why are those criminal organizations (masked as social platforms) questioned only after the political affairs, and not for their daily crimes? Look at this:
Facebook recently announced plans to unify and fully encrypt communications in its WhatsApp, Instagram Direct service and Messenger app, meaning no one apart from the sender and recipient can read or modify messages. Soon after, seven countries (including the UK), published a statement warning of the impact of end-to-end encryption on public safety online. And then numbers emerged:
US tech firms filed no less than 16.9 million referrals to the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) last year, including 69 million images of children being sexually abused – up 50% on the previous year. And some 94% of the reports, which include the worst category of images, came from – Facebook!
Did you see the outrage in media and among the politicians? Or did I miss something?
We had a chance to see a gruesome terrorist murder propaganda over Facebook (remember Jihadi John?), through Facebook organized slave markets in Lybia, regime change in Egypt, false flag operations in Syria, and let’s not forget that Facebook is the largest global dealer of prescribed opioids! Yes, they are stealing your data and doing their best to destroy your lives.
It is neither enough, nor satisfactory to remember their crimes only in the election season. Those criminal gangs should be dismantled.
Never forget that Julian Assange was one of those who took off the mask from the corrupted political system in the U.S.
