Hoy vengo con una rutina brutal de piernas para hacerla en el gym. esta rutina debe hacerse en circuito recordando que son 12 repeticiones por cada serie y aumentando de peso en cada serie.

1ro eleva tus piernas a la prensa que tus puntas de los pies queden casi que afuera y tus rodillas en el movimiento que tus rodillas salgan de la prensa de manera literal 2do asesorate de que el peso sea manejable 3ro baja lento y sube rapido que tus rodillas pueguen en tu pecho 4 repite 12 veces minimo nota : la prensa de piernas trabaja los cuádriceps en la parte delantera de los muslos, los glúteos, los músculos isquiotibiales en la parte posterior de los muslos

1ero colocas la putna de los pies al final de la prensa 2 empuja con la punta de tus piesa la prensa hacia delante 3 no flexiones tu rodilla siempre mantenla firme 4 haz el movimiento muy despacio para que el musculo sienta el trabajo nota: al hacer este ejercico siempre toma en cuenta que sea un peso manejable para que hagas bienel movimiento

1ero debes sentarte y asegurarte tus gluteos esten bien pegados a la almohadilla 2do colocas tus piernas dento de la almodilla de abajo y eleva 3ero aguanta de dos a tres segundos arriba 4to este ejercicio se hizo con una sola pierna para endurecer los cuadriceps nota: en este ejercicio se trabaja toda la parte de tu musculo mas grande de tus piernas el cuadriceps este es importante para tu cuerpo. tambien recuerda cuidar mucho tu rodilla en el movimiento.

1ero colocas tus piernas muy abajo del a prensa 2do que tus rodillas queden a la altura de tus hombros 3ero cuida la posicion de tus talones ellos deben de ir casi al final de la prensa 4to eleva hacia arriba y baja hasta tu pecho que sientas la presion en tu cuadrceps y femorales nota: siempre usa un peso manejable y si no puedes pide ayuda. no queremos lesiones. este ejercicio trabaja cuadriceps y femorales los mantiene duros y sin flacidez

algo muy importance que no se puede pasar por alto. esta ni ninguna rutina de piernas te dara un buen resultado si no va a compañado de una buena aliementacion. Recuerda que lo que ayuda a tus musculos y atu cuerpo es la alimentacion una buena carga preteica. tambien recordemos que es un circuito una ejercicio tras otro y en cada serie aumentar de peso siempre y cuando sea manejable y hagas bien el movimiento
