Well now if this cartel is shooting I do believe that every cartel deserves to catch some bullets over this one.
I am just floored that they would be as raising to do this and it be captured on video.
Well personally I do believe that the entire United States military special operations personnel should be allowed to liquidate any cartel members along the border from now on.
Yep if we see a gun on the other side of the river the person holding it should be catching a case of lead poisoning.
This also goes for Mexican military and Mexican police because of the mass amount of corruption systemic in the Mexico government.
I really hate to say that we have now completely lost control of the border.
Until drugs are legalized inside the United States and domestic production ramps up to counter the illegal narcotics coming across the border. Until that time the United States is powerless and of mercy of the cartels.

Domestic production of drugs and legalization of these drugs for recreational and medicinal use.
