If I can't see what exactly? All you've told me is that he's fascist because the people he chooses are like him, fascist? All the people, or those you cherry picked only? He's still the only US president since ever not to enter into any new conflicts, and the one who made this country energy independent, and you have nothing to even suggest criminality or overextending his authority, so how can you qualify him as a Fascist?
