Continuing to Weather Storms Offine and Online through the Fall | September Hive Power Up Day

It's September already. As we head toward the end of the third quarter 2024, Fall is here, and the height of hurricane season is swirling. Here on the Gulf Coast, we try to stay prepared. Something is brewing in the Atlantic possibly headed toward the gulf coast. We're still in cleanup mode from Beryl's visit the first week of July.

However, life moves forward no matter what extra is going on. I'm ready to report on my Hive Power Up activity for September 1st Hive Power UP day.

2024 NEW GOAL: 27,500 Hive Power

For September Hive PUD, I'm powering up 27.221 liquid that I received from posting rewards, then conducted swap trade of HBD. As always, I hold a bit back for investment opportunities and supporting other Hive members.

For 2024, I'm continuing to document my progress monthly. That way, I can gauge my work.

Despite the continued depressed Hive market, my account has grown steadily in Hive Power monthly. The months of July and August were my largest rewards to date, with August being a 616 HP increase.

I created my small success to daily publishing of quality content, engagement on the platform, and my passive income.

I continue to power up my account in 2024 to achieve (i) greater voting power on content blogs; (ii) additional curation rewards when I vote on other bloggers' posts; and (iii) additional resource credits to perform transactions on the Hive Blockchain.

If I continue my slow and steady approach, I'll be able to weather the continued bear market. Looking forward to reaching my new HP goal of 27,500 HP.

• maintaining my weekly savings chart goals courtesy of my reward earnings;
• increasing liquidity for the several diesel pools;
• delegating additional hive power and tokens to Communities, individuals, and various curation accounts for passive income in return;
• leasing Hive power to members to generate liquid rewards used to power up; and,
• continue my participation in @combination's weekly drawings for the charity it manages.
