Hello,
Its good to be back and talk with you all in this respectable community of teaching and learning and to be able to interact with the friends and audience I know very much. At first, take my greetings and love, for me its a special meaning when I gossip with you through this means of blog post, and the journey has been so far very soulful and captivating. This has been successful, not because we are smart people, but you guys are really awesome and this blog lifts the great spirit of fellow feeling & cordiality.
Let me say, I value this pretty much, 🙂.
Ok,now get to the point of main discussion where we would spend some time to reflect upon the concept and try to learn from it.Here, we all try to learn from each other and put us to ground in the values where it becomes very constructive and reasonable for all of us, basically for the students and proud teachers. The sense that we try to develop and my co-authors who have been undertaking serious efforts to hold the true meaning of education, I am very thankful for this and pray for all of us to remain the same in the future up ahead to come.
Just as I was thinking a bit about the proper sense of manners & etiquette have the bigger role to play when it comes to the terms of children and grown ups or the group of adolescents, I become so much concerned at the proper use of it and the impact it creates.Last couple of days, I was busy in watching and observing the way kids and teenagers behave with others and I greatly felt the dire urge to put out more efforts to recoup their lost level of manner.
When anyone is young, it has to be taken for granted that, during this period, it should be as like as comedy of errors. We do mistakes and do silly stuffs and I just want to say, thats really ok and good to see it.The young teenagers have greater margin to do wrong and they are legalized for it, not because they are young and raw ;but their mind and brain arent properly developed, compared to us--the adults.They dont think as we think and the brain function isnt that much considerate and thats why mistakes happen.
I personally do want to see, teachers should take this seriously. In a society, it is not easy to deal with it properly and every society has its unique rules and way of presentation and norms.Now, as a young and inexperienced guy, it is obvious and normal to see the students have the lesser learning acquaintances with it. If they make errors ;thats a positive sign for me to look for, becasue thata how the nature should follow at them.
But, what is a matter of regret and subject to grave objection is, the way teachers handle it with their attitude and sense.There has been many occasions I witnessed some of teachers bear grudge on it and rather become insensible at it.They are less toleranclt to see it and go for punishing the studs,without showing a proper direction where to go,and what to do. That is a serious case and I would want to put some blame on those few teachers.Yep, there are ways --that could be tackled and compromised.
Teachers can be very sensible and patient enough to deal with this. If students do commit a crime on the way they behave and dont follow the rules which is set by the social norms specialists, then they should be warned at first.Then counselling them in a befitting manner is something that should be taken care of. I know, for having a good attitude, it needs an optimum atmosphere to have that, but once they understand the errors and gain the ability to reshape it,then I am sure, after that they will astound you and all of us in the society with the way they behave.
Lastly, I would say, there are a lot of options before us and it will keep unfolding at a different level, only all of us commit to it and think deeply at the root problems and cases.Bringing the best values and teaching the students the morality and proper etiquette ;I am certain we would see a bright side of the view, where students have the improved capacity to learn and behave gently.
If we could do so,we would get to see the students to have a greater degree of learning and sense and the influence of it and the underlying consequence would drive them to reach at the practicality of real life and graduates when they would become at the end,then it would be always good for them at the time of dropping in job applications and further more to come.
