What is a pet? Do you have a pet?

We must care for our pets, be it a cat, a dog or a bird or a bunny. They trust us and we must look after them and be kind to all animals.

We will read a story and then answer some question. We will also watch a video on taking care of your pet.

Ben and Sophi has a cat and a dog as pets. The dog's name is Kyle and the cat is called Jaspurr.

Kyle is a silly dog and likes chasing the cat. Jaspurr ran up a very high tree and Sophi was upset since she could not reach him. The cat was scared and trapped in the tree. Sophi cried but luckily after Ben took Kyle away, the cat calmed down and he could climb down the tree.

Once Jaspurr was out of the tree, Sophi made sure he was not hurt and gave him some food and water. Everybody was very relieved.

Kyle did not worry about what was going on, he just kept on playing and chasing the frogs in the garden.
