There are some movies we watch that will make us feel really emotional at some point, this movie is really part of it especially if you love watching love based movie. Today, I was really busy watching a career based development video which was given as an assignment in a group I join some days back, I just dive into it today so I could meet up and at some point, it seems boring and I decided to watch some of the movies I downloaded, I even thought this movie is an american movie until i opened it and saw it is nollywood based so I just decided to watch it.
I was actually skeptical about it though because it showed where the wife of the guy visited her husband in prison and I was curious to know what really happened, I got to know the guy was a billionaire who got married to this this lady, I actually thought they had genuine love for each other until I figured out it was one sided, the guy really love his wife to the point that he can do anything to protect her, the wife told him she will love to work as his P.A in the office but he decline so he could have time to focus on work but he decided to secure the same job for her in his best friend office but within a short while, the best friend started showing interest in the lady, even though she decline all the advances (so I thought). The guy got to know since he had a spy in the office and he confront his bestie about it which he decline but the guy was so mad at his behaviour that he stopped his wife from going to the office again and also demanded the loan he borrowed his bestie, the bestie got so obsessed that he still went over to the man house to harassed the wife and along the line, the lady shot the bestie and also plan to kill herself but out of the love the man had, he decided to take the fall and was jailed for it.
He even made plans to transfer all his assets to his wife and his only daughter while in prison because he didn't know what might happened to him but unknowingly to him, it was a trap set by his own beloved wife and the so called bestie. Both were lovers from way back but she decided to marry the guy just because of money and both of them planned everything just to send the innocent guy to jail on a case that was framed, apparently, the gun she use was a fake gun and the bestie also pretended to die, only for them to absconded with the guy property and money just to live their life elsewhere, after the guy find out from prison, his jailed terms was shorten after making appeals, he came out years later, make research just to locate the wife and found him with the so call bestie which was suppose to be dead, he couldn't take it and he killed the bestie this time around without resisting arrest.
The cased was revisited, and the wife was found guilty and also jailed for life while the guy was sentence for a short term then got freed. It was somehow joy at last and I had to pity the guy because they really want him to rot in prison for a fake crime and he really suffered for love because his precious time was wasted, he was betrayed by the one he really cared about and had to get punished for a crime he didnt commit.
