If you haven't seen The Mandalorian and you like space Tv Shows with ton of action, alien characters and technology you can only imagine, then I highly recommend you watching The Mandalorian, even if you are not a Star Wars fan or have not seen the movies its fine, both The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett has been design for that purpose, bring a new audience to the franchise that do not depend on the entire story. This Tv Series has a score of 8.7/10 at the moment of this post meaning it has a high acceptance between Star War fans.

This new season of The Mandalorian is packed with action, Chapter 17 starts with the Armorer forging a helmet to initiate a kid into The Way of The Mandalor , right after putting his helmet on and accepting and swear to the creed, what seems to be a form of gigantic crocodile appears from the water attacking the group of Mandalorias.
This thing is a freak of nature, Mandalorian send all the young ones to the back and start shooting at him, try to chain him down, Mandalorians fly and put bombs on his back but nothing seems to be working, its just not enough fire power to put the crocodile down and it seems he is going to find his way to eat everyone in front of him, a few are already dead, one was clearly eaten at the beginning of the fight and many others were injure until he appears.
Din Djarin is back looking for redemption but he is told by the Armorer that it cant be done, he broke the rules of the creed, but there is still one way, Din Djarin offer himself to go to Mandalore and bathe in the waters beneath the mines of Mandalore then he would be redeem and not exile anymore, This is The Way.
Here starts his new journey looking for redemption, he parts with Grogu, while traveling at an incredible speed Grogu feels the presence of other being and look for Din Djarin arms for protection, they arrive to Nevarro. The Mandalorian is here because he needs back a friend, a droid that will help him explore Mandalore the planet and he only trust him.
He met again with Magistrate Karga who after catching up tries to pursue Din Djarin to stay, things are better now, its a calm place and a lot of money to be made with all the mining. Din Djarin is not interested and has one target it mind, while Karga was still trying to convince him they were interrupted because there were some pirates around town trying to turn a school into a bar.
Looks like Karga in the past had made business with this pirates as they try to force him to brink drinks to the school, remind him that once he paid the pirates to murder people inside that school that use to be a bar and then thread to kill him but Karga can defend himself although he was outnumber but has Din Djarin next to him, they end up killing four of the pirates and let only their leader Vane go away.
After Karga saw how Din Djarin aka Mando, help him put them down offer him the job of Marshall but Mand is not interested, he wants to pick up the droid he is looking for and go, Karga is really trying to clean up the planet from pirates and everything that drag the planet down.
Mando ask Karga for the IG-11, an assassin droid that now serves as a statue but Karga told him it cant be done since most parts were destroy but Mando insist, Mando tries to fix it but when IG-11 wakes up it goes rouge and try to kill Grogu, after this incident they take it to droidsmiths in town to fix it but they still cant, seem the memory module is broken and its so old they don't have any, at this point is impossible for them to fix but Mando ask if he gets this memory can they fix it and the droidsmith agrees to.
Din Djarin and Grogu get on their ship and start a new adventure, looking for this memory module of the IG-11 wont e easy to find but Mando should know a few merchants that may have this parts, in the past he work with a few when getting his ship ready. Once they are in space get ambush by Vane and some other pirates, here is a great scene of action, Din Djarin is a great pilot and by using his intelligence and talent put down almost all the pirate ships until he was brought to the captain ship.
The captain has a lock on them and Mando had no chance fighting one on one so he get the engines to full throttle and blast away before the enemy ship could fire up their canons.
After his unexpected encounter with the pirates he pays a visit to a Mandalorian castle on a close planet, in this castle was Bo-Kathan a mandalorian who also broke the code of the creed and now has to hope to get their planet back, maybe Mando was there to ask for her help to join him an together get back their planet, they both could be redeem but she had no spirit in doing so after she lost the dark saber to Mando, it end weird because she basically said No and Mando left just like that, not much interaction, they will see each other again soon.
As usual, no disappointment, this with Book of Boba Fett is one of the few series that never disappoint doesn't matter the episode its always interesting enough even if there is not much action, episodes are 30 minutes range only but they are usually packed like this one, it will be interesting what will Mando have to do to get the memory module and get back to Navarro and get his IG-11 to continue his journey.
