This is a movie between two warriors called the "Oba of Oyo" and "Nanisca of dahomey" the two warriors is a man and a woman in the two kingdom, but in the kingdom of dahomey the kingdom are fighting for the right of African while in the kingdom of Oyo they are fighting and kidnapping the black and sale them as slave to whitemen.
In he first competition between the two kingdom the dahomey warriors escaped the fight narrowly which some of the black women where catch and sold to white men and the Nanisca was injured at her right hand and she ran away with her daughter called "Nawi" and she was punished by her mother asking her while did she stay back and Nawi said she can't defeat the Oba she must prepare more to defeat him but not this time.
Nanisca trained her warriors and she told her to get prepared to defeat the Oba of Oyo and his team and her warriors said they are prepared to defeat them and they sent a letter and the date.

On the day of the second competition the dahomey kingdom went to Oyo they fight very well but the team of Oba of oyo defeated them and catch almost four warriors and they sold one to the white men she want escape and the white men shoot her and her name his " Agozie" while Nawi was sold to but it is malik that bought her and her love her and he put her in his room to protect her.

While the king of dahomey kingdom told Nanisca that it is over they will not fight again because any time they fight they were defeated and he told her the fight is over but she kept own in mind and in the she promised to go and bring Oba head and when going her warriors follow her to and by reaching their the oba is not around and he later come and they final the final war and Nanisca was beating memesly by Oba but at last she beat him and off his head and she was crown the winner the of the movie and the king of dahomey Kingdom name her the woman king and she was happy by winning the Oba of oyo.
