CineTV Contest #72 - Favorite Tom Cruise Movie

Hello CineTV

I thought maybe we had some momentum going for the CineTV Contests after my Twitter Q&A and I hoped for an amazing turnout! I am not sure if it is due to the contest topic itself, my inability to put it in the correct place or just the fact that things are slow all over Hive, but our turnout for this contest was at an all time low.

The great news for those that entred is...we had 3 entries and that means if you entered, you won!

Let's get to this week's winners:

First Place

The first place finisher was @killerwot with a choice of Pawn Stars, found here: @killerwot/my-favourite-reality-tv-show

I love this show, even if I know it is scripted and fake. The cool historical items that come through are just awesome and the guys are pretty entertaining. Congrats!

Second place

In second place we have @mell79 with their choice of America's Got Talent, here: @mell79/cinetv-contest-71--americas-got-talent-agt

America's Got Talent really gives ordinary people a chance to show off extraordinary skills. While it wasn't my favorite show, I appreciated the way they highlighted unknown people. Thank you!

Third place

Our third place winner in this contest is @thunderjack with their choices of Stars on Mars and Special Forces and can be found here: @thunderjack/cinetv-contest-71-favorite-reality-shows-mars-and-special-forces

Some cool shows that I haven't had a chance to watch. I might just give them a try. :) Thanks!

225 CINE COINS and 100 Ecency Points will be transferred to the winners.

Now if anyone disagrees with our choices then please tag us in a comment on this post!

And let's move on to the new contest!

Favorite Tom Cruise Movie

On to our next contest! Thank you to @ecency for sponsoring our Cine TV contests! Check them out at 🙂

I figured we would go back to a formula that has worked in the past and choose a famous actor who has been in a ton of movies for you to review, Tom Cruise. From Top Gun to Mission Impossible to Risky Business, this actor has been in some real gems. It shouldn't be difficult to find a movie to review!

The contest is very simple, choose a Tom Cruise movie that you haven't reviewed and tell us why you chose it. What about this movie drew you to review it? What do you like or dislike about Tom Cruise? What other actor could have been better in the role he played in your chosen movie? Where does Tom Cruise rank amoung your list of favorite actors?

Please be original and write a creative response to the topic. Don't retell the plot or plagiarize. Originality is required for curation and to be considered for the contest. Make your post relate to the contest to really stand out.

I look forward to reading your selections. Have a great week!

Please check out the list of rules and suggestions below or feel free to ask me in the Discord channel if you have any questions (caulderfreeman). Enjoy this week's contest and good luck!
