CineTV Contest:The Blind Side (Eng/ Esp)

The good son always comes home. In this case I came back thanks to the invitation of my dear friend @annafenix, to participate in the first Cine TV Contest #42 - Sandra Bullock's favorite movie of this year that we start 2023 and what better than with one of my favorite actresses as it is Sandra Bullock and her movies, they put me in a big dilemma undoubtedly. But I decided for this movie A Possible Dream, it is one of those movies that you never get tired of watching, even if you have already seen it and that is already a great point in its favor, in my case it happens to me every time it is shown on my cable service.

The first thing I must say is that every time I see a movie announced and it is starring Sandra Bullock, for me it is synonymous that it is going to be good, because this actress has the ability to give a complete delivery to her characters and that transmits it through her films, it goes beyond the movie screen to its viewers, She has that gift and in this film is no exception, by the way, one of the things I like most about this film, is that it is inspired by a true story and this fact, hooks me more to films that have to do with someone real and being played by Sandra for me was great.

In it, she plays a wife, mother, hard worker and despite having a very strong personality, (in the end it is seen that it was just a way to protect herself and her family). When she meets Michael Oher she sympathizes with his street situation and decides to help him against all kinds of criticism, welcoming him into her home, helping him and supporting him until making the decision to adopt him despite being a rather large and intimidating teenager because of his large size, but with a sweet and pure heart, she knew how to see beyond what was seen, besides Sandra played her role so well putting her humorous touch in many of her scenes, despite being of the drama genre.

Like when she went to one of their soccer practices and had to intervene to help Michael understand his coach, to see how she, being a delicate feminine woman, had the strength to put everyone in their place by tonganizing herself very femininely, was very funny. This was one of my favorite scenes, watching how everyone reacted to the explanations of this little woman to her tall son. As well as this scene, there was another one that made me almost have a heart attack and then cry when Michael has an accident with the family's little boy and seeing the way she protected him. At that moment, Leigh Anne Tuohy (Sandra Bullock) knew she had not been wrong about Michael.

For his sense of protection for his own was far superior to the common one, that he was full of innocence, generosity and humility, all these qualities melted Leigh Anne Tuohy; the moment when Sandra hugs him and thanks him for saving her little boy is touching, there I could not help but shed a few tears. But also this movie, has quite a bit of drama and it becomes more noticeable when Michael believes that Leigh is manipulating him to get into his family's college, all because of the bad faith of a bad woman, (student counselor) and then he goes back to his neighborhood in search of his mother going through bad times where he and Leigh rescue each other.

The final scene is extremely beautiful, touching and is another of my favorites, because of the way Sandra interprets it so masterfully where joy, tenderness, nostalgia, sadness and satisfaction are mixed, interpreted in such a unique way by Sandra, that makes you want to continue watching more even though the film had already ended. It is completed with the presentation of each of the real characters through photographs and brief reviews of each one, about their current lives, that made me feel satisfied at the end of watching it.

That's why I recommend it 100 %/ it's a movie to watch with family, with friends because it shows the value of family and it's where Sandra shows that side of an energetic, strong but at the same time very sweet mom. El buen hijo siempre vuelve a casa. En este caso volví gracias a la invitación de mi querida amiga @annafenix, para participar en el primer Concurso Cine TV #42 - Película favorita de Sandra Bullock de este año que comenzamos 2023 y que mejor que con una de mis actrices favoritas como lo es Sandra Bullock y sus películas, me pusieron en un gran dilema indudablemente. Pero me decidí por esta película Un Sueño Posible, es una de esas películas que no te cansas de ver, así ya la hayas visto y ya eso es un gran punto a su favor, en mi caso me sucede cada vez que la colocan en programación por mi servicio de cable.

Lo primero que debo decir es que cada vez que veo que anuncian una película y esta viene interpretada por Sandra Bullock, para mí es sinónimo de que va a ser buena, pues esta actriz tiene la facultad de dar una entrega completa a sus personajes y eso lo transmite a través de sus películas, traspasa la pantalla del cine a sus espectadores, ella tiene ese don y en esta película no es la excepción, de paso, una de las cosas que más me gustan de esta película, es que es inspirada en una historia real y a mí este hecho, me engancha más a películas que tengan que ver con alguien real y al ser interpretada por Sandra para mí fue genial.

En ella, esta, interpreta a una esposa, madre, trabajadora y que a pesar de tener una personalidad bastante fuerte, (al final se ve que solo era una forma de protegerse ella y a los suyos). Cuando ella conoce a Michael Oher se compadece de su situación de calle y se decide a ayudarle contra todo tipo de críticas, acogiéndole en su casa, ayudándole y apoyándolo hasta tomar la decisión de adoptarlo a pesar de ser un adolescente bastante grande e intimidante por su gran tamaño, pero con un corazón dulce y puro, ella supo ver más allá de lo que se veía, aparte de que Sandra interpretó tan bien su papel poniéndole su toque humorístico en muchas de sus escenas, a pesar de ser del género drama.

Como cuando fue a una de sus prácticas de futbol y tuvo que intervenir para ayudar a Michael a entender a su entrenador, ver como ella siendo una mujer delicada femenina, tenía la entereza para poner a cada quien a su lugar tonganeandose muy femeninamente, fue muy divertido. Esta fue una de mis escenas favoritas, al observar como reaccionaban todos ante las explicaciones de esta pequeña mujer a su alto hijo. Así como esta escena, hubo otra que me hizo casi que infartar y luego llorar cuando Michael tiene un accidente con el niño pequeño de la familia y ver la forma en que lo protegió. En ese momento, Leigh Anne Tuohy (Sandra Bullock) supo que no se había equivocado con Michael.

Pues su sentido de protección para con los suyos era muy superior al común, que estaba lleno de inocencia, generosidad y humildad, todas estas cualidades derritió a Leigh Anne Tuohy; el momento en que Sandra le abraza y le da las gracias por salvar a su pequeño es conmovedor, ahí no pude evitar derramar unas lágrimas. Pero también esta película, tiene bastante drama y se hace más notorio cuando Michael cree que Leigh lo está manipulando para que ingrese a la universidad de su familia, todo por la mala fe de una mala mujer, (consejera estudiantil) y entonces vuelve a su barrio en busca de su madre pasando por malos momentos donde él y Leigh se rescatan mutuamente.

La escena final es sumamente bonita, enternecedora y es otra de mis favoritas, por la forma en que Sandra la interpreta tan magistralmente donde se mezcla, la alegría, la ternura, la nostalgia, la tristeza y satisfacción interpretada tan de forma única por Sandra, que te hace quedar con esas ganas de seguir viendo más a pesar de que ya había finalizado la cinta. La completan con la presentación de cada uno de los personajes reales por medio de fotografías y breves reseñas de cada uno, acerca de sus vidas actualmente, eso hizo que me sintiera satisfecha al terminar de verla.

Es por eso que la recomiendo al 100/ es una película para verla con la familia, con los amigos porque muestra el valor de la familia y es donde Sandra muestra esa faceta de una mamá enérgica, fuerte pero a la vez muy dulce.
