Do you feel prepared to face physical and psychological threats? Since I was little my parents taught me to defend myself in the way that was possible for me depending on the moment, kicking, punching, even biting, I must say that I am a very calm person, I do not bother anyone and I only hurt other people when they attack me. When I was little one day my aunt went to look for me at school and received a complaint that I had bitten another child, she thought it was strange because I did not hurt even a fly, when I got home my mom had the habit of checking my whole body when I took off my flannel I had a bite on my back, she understood at that moment that I was defending myself from the other child who had hurt me. So prepared I feel since I was very little, during my adolescence I was practicing taekwondo but I never made use of my knowledge because I was not in situations of eminent danger which provided me with different self-defense techniques. On the other hand I am very selective when choosing my social circle, because the danger can not only be a person who can approach us on the street to rob us many times they are in our circle and can hurt us verbally, so if I receive offenses from someone or simply something in his personality does not please me I move away and I do not approach more. It is necessary to prepare ourselves to defend ourselves, with the practice of some martial art but we also have to be very intelligent and use our common sense, I know that no one has the right to hurt us but nevertheless we can walk away, defend ourselves verbally or physically and ask for help if necessary. It is December and you have the opportunity to give something material without price limit to only one person.The condition is that this person has no relationship with you and will not be able to transfer the gift to anyone else. What gift would you give, to whom and why? I would give a house as a gift, to someone who finds me sleeping or living in the street who does not have a place to live, because everyone deserves to have a home for Christmas, where they feel safe, quiet and sheltered from any change of weather, I know that this would change the life of that person who needs it. Desde pequeña mis padres me enseñaron a defenderme de la manera que fuese posible para mi según el momento dar una patada, un puño, hasta con mordiscos, debo decir que yo soy una persona muy tranquila, no molesto a nadie y solo lastimo a otras personas cuando me agreden. Cuando estaba pequeña un día mí tía fue a buscarme en el colegio y recibió una queja de que había mordido a otro niño, a ella le pareció extraño porque yo no lastimaba ni a una mosca, cuando llegaba a mi casa mi mamá tenía la costumbre de revisar todo mi cuerpo al quitarme la franela tenía un mordisco en la espalda, ella entendió en ese momento en que yo estaba defendiéndome del otro niño que me había lastimado. Así que preparada me siento desde que estaba muy pequeña, durante mi adolescencia estuve practicando taekwondo pero nunca hice uso de mi conocimiento porque no estuve en situaciones de peligro eminente el cuál me proporcionó distintas técnicas de defensa personal. Por otra parte yo soy muy selectiva a la hora de escoger mi círculo social, porque el peligro no solo puede ser una persona que se nos puede acercar en la calle a robarnos muchas veces están en nuestro círculo y pueden lastimarnos verbalmente, por eso si recibo ofensas de alguien o sencillamente algo en su personalidad no me agrada yo me alejo y no me acerco más. Es necesario prepararse para defenderse, con la práctica de alguna arte marcial pero también tenemos que ser muy inteligentes y utilizar nuestro sentido común, se que nadie tiene derecho a lastimarnos pero sin embargo podemos alejarnos, defendernos verbalmente o físicamente y pedir ayuda de ser necesario. 2.- Es diciembre y tienes la oportunidad de regalar algo material sin límite de precio a una sola persona. La condición es que esta persona no tenga ningún tipo de relación contigo y que no podrá transferir ese regalo a nadie más. ¿Qué regalo le darías, a quién y por qué? Le daría de regalo una casa, a alguien que me consiga durmiendo o viviendo en la calle que no tenga un lugar propio donde vivir, porque todos merecen tener un hogar para esta Navidad, donde sentirse seguros, tranquilos y resguardados de cualquier cambio de clima, se que con eso cambiaría la vida de esa persona que lo necesita.
