HPUD Oktober 2022 - Three more to go!

Hive

Schon wieder ist ein Monat vorbei und der Herbst ist definitiv da. Vor dem Jahresende stehen mit heute noch 3 Hive Power Up Days an. Natürlich mache ich auch heute wieder mit und powere erneut 10 Hive auf.

Mit der Entwicklung meines Accounts bin ich zufrieden. Wenn alles so weiter läuft kann ich mein Jahresziel von 1'000 Hive-Power ohne Probleme erreichen. Da ich also quasi etwas Reserve auf mein Ziel habe, werde ich mir in Zukunft einige Beiträge wieder 50/50 auszahlen lassen. Die HBD werde ich entweder in Engien Tokens, oder vielleicht auch Savings stecken, je nach dem wie sich die Preise entwickeln.

Im Schnitt habe ich die letzten Wochen immer etwa 40 HP erschrieben. Die Curationrewards sind noch gering. Aber langsam kommt auch von dieser Seite ein kleiner Beitrag.

Engine and Tribes

Bezüglich ALIVE halte ich an meinem Plan fest und stake weiterhin 1x Wöchentlich was sich angesammelt hat. Alive-Power über 1'000 wird für ALIVEM delegiert. Der Tribe bietet mir die Möglichkeit mich weiter mit der Community zu vernetzen und gleichzeitig ist ALIVE mein bevorzugter Tipp-Token.

In den letzten Tagen habe ich meinen WORKERBEE Stake ausgebaut. Dies um die Anzahl der passiv generierten BEE Token zu erhöhen. Ich werde mit den Rewards aus den Artikeln vermutlich noch mehr WORKERBEE kaufen. Der Preis für den Mining-Token ist zwar wieder etwas gestiegen, aber da ich immer nur einige wenige Token pro Transaktion kaufe ist das im Grunde Dollar cost average. Was in meinem Plan noch fehlt ist ein klarer Trigger Preis für einen Ausstieg, bzw. für die Gewinnmitnahme. Einen solchen muss ich mir für die Engine Token langsam auch zurecht legen...da die Beträge aktuell noch sehr klein sind, ist das aber noch nicht so relevant.

Gaming

Manchmal kommt es anders als man denkt, noch vor wenigen Wochen dachte daran den Account mehr oder wenig Still zu legen und die Karten bei besseren Konditionen wieder zu verkaufen. Oder sie zumindest dauerhaft zu vermieten. Dann habe ich mich an meinen Start in Splinterlands erinnert und daran, dass ich Anfang des Jahres beschlossen hatte auf Riftwatchers zu warten um da erstmals Packs zu kaufen.

So habe ich mich bei unserem Gilden Sammelkauf angeschlossen. Ich musste als kein neues Geld einschiessen, da ich die Packs aus den Rewards des SPS Airdops und aus meiner SPS Reserve bezahlen konnte.
Und ich wurde belohnt! Ich konnte eine GFL im Wert von ca. 100$ ziehen und diese auch bereits verkaufen.

Es war eine gute Idee beim Gilden-Kauf mitzumachen. Mit dem Gewinn aus den GF Karten werde ich mein Deck weiter in Richtung Silber ausbauen. Da sämtliche Preise im Moment so oder so im Keller sind, macht alles andere keinen Sinn.
Bald kommen zudem die SPS Rewards für dir Brawls und das wird die ganze Sache noch einmal verändern. Ich habe nun schon ein paar gute Gladius Karten und kann damit sicherlich zu einem guten Resultat für die Gilde beitragen.

Fazit

Die Entwicklung in allen Hive-Bereichen geht gut vorwärts und ich bin zuversichtlich mein Hauptziel ohne Schwierigkeiten erreichen zu können. Wir befinden uns immer noch in einem Bärenmarkt und ich habe wirklich keine Ahnung wie lange dieser noch dauert. Offen gesagt ist es mir auch egal, je länger die Preise so tief sind, desto mehr Zeit habe ich mir etwas aufzubauen.

Hive

Another month has passed and autumn is definitely here. Before the end of the year are with today still 3 Hive Power Up Days. Of course, I'm doing it again today and power up 10 Hive again.

I am satisfied with the development of my account. If everything goes on like this I can reach my yearly goal of 1'000 Hive-Power without any problems. Since I have some reserve on my goal, I will pay out some contributions 50/50 again in the future. The HBD I will either put into Engien Tokens, or maybe Savings, depending on how the prices develop.

On average, I have always written about 40 HP in the last few weeks. The curation rewards are still low. But slowly a small contribution comes also from this side.

Engine and Tribes

Regarding ALIVE, I stick to my plan and continue to stake 1x weekly what has accumulated. Alive power over 1'000 is delegated for ALIVEM. The Tribe gives me the opportunity to continue networking with the community and at the same time ALIVE is my preferred tip token.

In the last few days I have expanded my WORKERBEE stake. This in order to increase the number of passively generated BEE tokens. I will probably buy more WORKERBEE with the rewards from the articles. The mining token price has gone up a bit again, but since I only ever buy a few tokens per transaction it's basically dollar cost average. What is still missing in my plan is a clear trigger price for an exit, or for profit taking. I need to slowly come up with one for the Engine tokens...since the sums are currently still very small, it's not that relevant yet.

Gaming

Sometimes things turn out differently than you think. Just a few weeks ago, I was thinking of shutting down the account more or less and selling the cards again under better conditions. Or at least rent them out permanently. Then I remembered my start in Splinterlands and that I had decided to wait for Riftwatchers at the beginning of the year to buy packs for the first time.

So I joined our guild bulk buy. I didn't have to put in any new money as I could pay for the packs out of the rewards from the SPS Airdop and out of my SPS reserve.
And I was rewarded! I was able to draw a GFL worth about $100 and sold it already.

It was a good idea to participate in the guild purchase. With the profit from the GF cards, I will continue to expand my deck in the direction of silver. Since all prices are in the basement at the moment, everything else makes no sense.
Soon the SPS Rewards for you Brawls will come and that will change the whole thing again. I already have a few good Gladius cards and can certainly help to achieve a good result for the guild.

Summary

The development in all hive areas is going well and I am confident to reach my main goal without any difficulties. We are still in a bear market and I really have no idea how long it will last. Frankly, I don't care either, the longer prices are this low, the more time I have to build something up.
