Salen desde muy temprano y regresan en la noche y siguen trabajando en su casa, ya sea ayudando a sus hijos en las tareas de la escuela y los quehaceres de sus hogar. Ahora que ya tenemos todos los ingredientes listo para realizar el pasticho: - Comenzar por colocar en una bandeja papel aluminio, luego echar un poco de aceite para que no se pegue en el fondo en el papel. - Haz una capa de berenjena, colocarla bien que no quede espacio descubierto. - Echar un poco de salsa, hacer una capa de carne molida y otra de plátano, agregar queso. >- To make the tomato sauce: grate the tomatoes and put on the stove for 5 minutes, add salt and it is ready.
