Can CipherTrace Really Break Monero's Anonymity?

CipherTrace came out over the past few months with claims to be able to reliably trace certain Monero transactions. I interviewed several experts from several different privacy-enhanced cryptocurrency projects: Francisco Cabañas of the Monero core team, project steward at Zcoin Reuben Yap, CTO of Beam Alex Romanov, and Electric Coin Company COO David Campbell. This is what they had to say on the subject.
