Blessings, friends who love cooking, in this opportunity I want to share with you a delicious lizard soup with bones.
1kilo de lagarto con hueso

4 dientes de ajo
¼ de pimentón
1ramita de cilantro
ramita de celery
4 ajies

1 cubito

Aceite onotado
1 kilo of lizard with bone

4 cloves of garlic
¼ of paprika
1 cilantro sprig
sprig of celery
4 chilies

1 cube

Olive oil
In a large pot put the water, the lizard chopped into pieces, some coriander and celery and cook it over high heat for 1 hour.
Wash, peel and chop the vegetables in medium pieces. Chop into small pieces the onion, the bell pepper and the chili peppers, the cilantro and the celery.
Add all the vegetables except the pumpkin. Add salt and curcuma. When the vegetables are a little soft, add the pumpkin.
To prepare the sofrito we put in a frying pan a little bit of oil, add the onion, the paprika, the peppers and the crushed garlic, add the cumin and fry it.
Then add the sofrito to the soup and let it boil for 10 minutes and finally add the cilantro.
