Hola comunidad de hive blog espero estén teniendo un lindo y productivo día. Tenía días queriendo comer algo diferente y entre una amiga y mi tía planificamos para hacer perros calientes, los materiales los compramos entre todos así se nos hizo más fácil conseguir todo, preparamos alrededor de 26 perros y hoy les quiero compartir el proceso espero lo disfruten.

I had days wanting to eat something different and between a friend and my aunt we planned to make hot dogs, we bought the materials together so it was easier to get everything, we prepared about 26 dogs and today I want to share the process with you, I hope you enjoy it.
Ingredientes: pan de perro caliente, salchichas, repollo, zanaoria, cebolla, papitas fritas, queso, salsa de tomate y salsa de perejil.
Ingredients: Hot dog bun, sausage, cabbage, carrots, onions, french fries, cheese, tomato sauce and parsley sauce.
Procedimiento:
Empezamos con poner a hervir las salchichas en una olla con agua, las dejamos reposar y las picamos a la mitad, el repollo y la zanahoria deben estar bien lavados para empezar a rayar, cortamos la cebolla en cubitos y rayamos el queso.

We start by boiling the sausages in a pot with water, let them rest and chop them in half, the cabbage and carrots must be well washed to start shredding, cut the onion into cubes and shred the cheese.
Con el pan picado y la salchicha adentro, empezamos a armar nuestros perros primero agregue las salsas, luego rellene con repollo y zanahoria, agrego salsa nuevamente y luego las papitas fritas.
With the bread crumbs and sausage inside, we started to assemble our dogs, first add the sauces, then fill with cabbage and carrots, add sauce again and then the chips.
Para finalizar agregue queso y más salsas. Y así quedarían mis perros calientes.
To finish I added cheese and more sauces. And this is what my hot dogs would look like.
