Greetings friends of Foodies Bee Hive
Today I come to share with you a fairly simple and rich recipe to make. These are some Chocolate Cupcakes. They are quite simple to make and the little ones in the house will love them. I hope you like my recipe
Ingredients
- 200 gm self-rising wheat flour
- 50g of cocoa powder
- 200ml of buttermilk (cut milk, if you don't have simoleo take regular milk, add 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar and let it cut)
- 250gm of sugar
- 2 eggs
- A teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 125gm of margarine with salt
Preparation
- Step 1: In a bowl, place the margarine and sugar and beat with a mixer for a few minutes until you get a smooth, clear cream without the grains of sugar being felt.
- Step 2: We remove the blender since we are not going to use it anymore. Now with the help of a wooden palette or a plastic spatula (in some countries they call it magic or miserable finger) we integrate a third of the wheat flour mixed with the cocoa powder and mix in an enveloping way without beating much so as not to activate the wheat flour gluten
We mix a little and then proceed to the next step
- Step 3: Add half of the buttermilk and an egg and continue mixing
- Step 4: Add half of the dry ingredients you have and continue to mix gently
- Step 5: Add the rest of the liquids and continue to mix gently
- Step 6: Finally we add the rest of our dry ingredients and mix until well integrated (remember not to over-beat)
And our mix will look like this:
- Step 7: We place our mixture in cupcake moulds, if you have liners at home you can use them. In my case, I didn't have any, so I greased and floured my molds so that the mixture wouldn't stick.
- Step 8: Bake at 180° for 10 minutes or until you insert a toothpick into each Ponquesito and it comes out clean
I hope you liked my recipe. I tell you that this recipe makes them super fluffy. Although many do not believe it, buttermilk makes cupcakes and cakes grow a lot ❤️😍.
