Me gustan mucho las tartaletas, y hoy las preparé con casabe, son super fácil de preparar e ideales para pasapalos o merienda, se pueden aromatizar con especies o al natural. Esta es otra idea fácil y económica, además de sabrosa y se rellena con lo que deseen. Espero les guste y lo disfruten

- 1 torta de casabe, 1 vaso de agua, 1 cucharada de aceite, 1 cucharadita de orégano, 1 vaso de agua, moldes para tartaletas.
- 1 cassava cake, 1 glass of water, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 glass of water, tartlet moulds.

- Trocear el casabe y colocarlo en un tazón.
- Chop the cassava and place it in a bowl.
- Agregar el vaso de agua y dejamos hidratar el casabe.

- Amasar hasta que se desintegre.
- Knead until disintegrated.
- Añadir el orégano a la masa.

- Amasar para se integre bien el orégano. Hasta formar una masa.

- Aceitar los moldes de tartaletas.

- Colocar una pequeña porción de la masa y extenderla por todo el molde.

- Repetir el procedimiento hasta terminar la masa.

- Hornear hasta ver que doren.

- Desmoldar.
