¡Feliz tarde estimados amigos!. Nueva receta, fácil de hacer y muy sana y sabrosa. Los calabacines los podemos hacer de distintas maneras y rellenos de pollo en salsa son deliciosos; agregando vegetales y condimentos lo preparé para un almuerzo diferente. Espero les guste y los disfruten.

- 1 calabacín, 1/4 de milanesa de pollo, 2 tomates, 2 cebollas, 2 ajíes dulces, 3 granos de ajo, 1 ramito de apio España, 1 pimentón, salsa de soya, sal al gusto, sabroseador, curry, aceite.
- 1 zucchini, 1/4 chicken milanese, 2 tomatoes, 2 onions, 2 sweet peppers, 3 grains of garlic, 1 sprig of Spanish celery, 1 bell pepper, soy sauce, salt to taste, flavoring, curry, oil.

- Lavamos y cortamos a la mitad el calabacín.
- Wash and cut the zucchini in half.
- Agregamos aceite al sartén, calentamos y añadimos los ajos y las cebollas cortadas en trocitos.
- Add oil to the pan, heat and add the garlic and onions cut into pieces.
- Sofreímos y agregamos el pollo cortado en trocitos.
- Sauté and add the chicken cut into pieces.
- Añadimos el pimentón y ajíes dulces previamente lavados y cortaditos.

- Rallamos y hacemos un puré con los tomates y añadimos.

- En una olla con agua agregamos el calabacín y hervimos por 10 min a fuego alto, le sacamos el relleno.

- Agregamos el relleno del calabacín al sartén.

- Espolvoreamos sal al gusto, sabroseador y curry, mezclamos.

- Agregamos la salsa de soya.

- Mezclamos y dejamos que reduzca.

- Rellenamos los calabacines y agregamos apio España en trocitos. Podemos acompañar los calabacines con arroz o pasta. ¡Uhmmmm que sabroso!.
