INGREDIENTES
Para 4 porciones:
250gr de arroz
200gr de carne de res
3 salchichas
1 berenjena
3 ají
4 dientes de ajo
1 cebolla mediana
sal
aceite.
INGREDIENTS
For 4 servings:
250gr of rice
200gr of beef
3 sausages
1 eggplant
3 chili peppers
4 garlic cloves
1 medium onion
salt

PREPARACIÓN
Lavar bien los aliños, triturar en una licuadora; y sofreir en aceite caliente.
PREPARATION
Wash the seasonings well, grind in a blender and fry in hot oil.
Cortar la carne en cuadros, y añadirla al sofrito; dejar cocinar por 5 minutos.
Cut the meat into squares and add it to the sauce; let it cook for 5 minutes.
Añadir la salchicha cortada en ruedas, mezclar y dejar cocinar por 2 minutos mas.
Add the sausage cut into rounds, mix and cook for 2 more minutes.
Lavar bien el arroz, agragar agua y sal, llevar a cocinar, hasta que esté cocido.

Servir acompañado de rodajas de berenjenas asadas.
