Home made chicken bred

                    Ingredients
  
    4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

                   Instructions

In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.

In the same skillet, add the chicken broth and scrape up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring to a simmer.

Add the heavy cream and stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
