Noodle you should try for your breakfast.

Good morning everyone. Have you finished your breakfast yet? Today, I want to share this simple noodles recipe with you. You mayn't need too much ingredients for this one.

Ingredients

  1. Egg noodles (optional)
  2. Two eggs
  3. Two tomatoes
  4. Seasonings
  5. Bacon or fried chicken
  6. Hot water or any broth you have

I cook this noodles for three person. I left over bacon from yesterday so I add it too.

First thing to do is chopping tomato and add to the oil.

When the color becomes nice, I add the hot water. It's more flavorful with chicken broth. I didn't have chicken broth so I used water instead.

Then I add two eggs and stir well. It's important to stir the soup instantly.

The final step is to add the noodles to the soup and wait for the noodles to be cooked well. When all done, I add seasonings. I use salt and chicken powder. If you've used chicken broth, you mayn't not chicken powder.

I want my noodles spicy and sour. So I make a paste with green chili, garlic and lime too. This paste gives my noodles more freshness.

I also add some Bacon.

This noodles recipe isn't so complicated. We've often cooked this noodles when it's too cold or rainy. That's perfect to keep our body warm in winter.
