Fried Rice with pork belly: Simple Recipe

Good evening everyone. It's about to rain here. How's about there?

It's a boring afternoon and I made myself a stir fried rice with pork belly. This recipe is so simple and tasty. I use these ingredients.

Ingredients

  1. 300g of pork belly
  2. 3 cups of rice
  3. korea kimchi
  4. chicken sausage
  5. red chili powder
  6. garlic
  7. light soy sauce
  8. pepper

First, I add chicken sausage and kimchi to the oil. Before adding the rice, I take kimchi and sausage out of the pan not to overcook.

That's a simple fried rice. I add salt, sugar, soy sauce as usual and then add the kimchi I had fried first . I need to add sugar here cause kimchi is already sour.

I finish fried rice by adding chopped green onion.

I bought pork belly which was seasoned. So I don't need to add too much seasonings that. Just turn on the gas and add the pork belly.

I prefer seasonings pork belly with salt, pepper, garlic , soy sauce and also sesame for scent.

I fried it on medium heat untill red brown all over.

Here's the kimchi fried rice with pork belly. Eat a spoon of fried rice and drink one sip of cola. Heaven. That's just a fried rice with simple ingredients. But trust me. It's so delicious.
