The wafer with chocolate is made quickly and easily.
Make the most beautiful chocolate wafers, wafers in an hour from just a few ingredients, there are many fillings that always work, and most importantly, they are not expensive.
Preparation.
1 packing wafer.
1 egg.
1 margarine 200 gr.
100 g of chocolate.
Half a liter of milk.
500 g of sugar.
4 tablespoons flour.
A little biscuit.
Bring the milk to a boil. Add margarine and sugar to the milk to melt nicely and boil slowly.
Put the egg in a special bowl and beat it well, add the flour and stir until it gets a thin porridge. Gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly, when the filling thickens, add the chocolate. And cook for another 7 minutes. Remove from the stove, stirring occasionally until the mass cools.
When the mass cools down, add biscuits to make the filling a little thicker and cool the filling better.
Fill the wafer filling into 4 parts. The wafer has 5 crusts and 4 are filled, and with the heel it overlaps, leaving no filling. Arrange the first crust on a tray and place quarters of the filling
Spread the filling nicely and from above the second crust and so all 4 crusts.
When the wafer is filled, leave it in the fridge to harden.
Cut the wafer as desired and serve.
