This season I prepared this wonderful pickle called Royal pickle.

Pickles contain fermented vegetables that are rich in probiotics, vitamins and enzymes. In addition to being useful, they are also delicious, especially when we prepare them ourselves.

I used the following products:

Cambi.

Celery.

Green tomatoes.

Salt, sugar, black pepper, vinegar and oil.

Homemade vinegar is fine, but I made it with store-bought vinegar since I don't have homemade. I'm making vinegar for the first time this year, but I'm still not sure if it will turn out right.

I washed all the products very well.

In a jar with a capacity of 800 ml. I put the vegetables prepared in this way and added:

  • 5-6 grains of black pepper;
  • 1 tablespoon of salt;
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 1 tbsp. oil;
  • 60 ml. vinegar;

I filled with water and closed and sterilized the caps for 5 min (after boiling the water in the pot).

I left the pickle in a dark and cold place, ready for consumption during the winter months.
