Mix Vegetable Raita

Simple to make this raita. The ingrediants :

  1. Tomato -1 (remove the seeds and cut into small pieces)
  2. Cucumber - 2 (remove seeds and cut into small pieces)
  3. Green chilies - 2 (remove seeds and cut into small pieces)
  4. Big Onion - 1/2 chopped
  5. Some coriander leaves - chopped
  6. Carrot - 1 (cut into small pieces)
  7. Ginger juice ( from 1/2 inch ginger)
  8. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  9. Sugar and salt to taste
  10. Yogurt - 600 grams

Mix all above and serve cold
