I often make this recipe at home because we love it too. It is incredibly delicious and filling. I just serve it with a drink and a salad, it's enough for us. Ingredients for Baked Pasta:


  • 1 pack of pasta
  • 500 g minced meat
  • Salt, black pepper, paprika

For the bechamel sauce;

  • Milk
  • Fame

First of all, we cook any pasta in the classical way and take it in a baking dish.

Then let's start making our mincemeat. For this, let's take a suitable pot to the stove and put the ground meat in it and start cooking.

Let's add oil and tomato paste to the minced meat that has changed color and continue cooking. Let's continue cooking until the smell of tomato paste comes out. Then let's add salt, black pepper, red pepper and cook some daja and now our mortar is ready!

Let's distribute the prepared mortar evenly on our pasta and finally, let's go to the bechamel sauce.

For the bechamel sauce, first, let's melt the butter in a saucepan and add flour on it. Let's roast the flour carefully, be careful not to turn the color too yellow, please!

Let's add our roll on the roasted flour and stir constantly so that it does not clump together. I make bechamel sauce without measuring, you can carefully adjust it according to the consistency you want. Finally, add the grated cheddar cheese and mix until it melts and it's ready!

Now we can pour our sauce evenly over the Pasta. At the last stage, we add the grated cheddar cheese on it and bake it in the oven at 200 degrees until it turns golden brown. And now our meal is ready to be served!
