I have almond cake, a healthy recipe for dieters, keto eaters, kids and adults alike, very attractive! 😍

Cake made entirely from almond flour, oatmeal, or whole wheat flour, diet sugar and lots of almond slices.. the cake is still crispy, greasy, and sweet with the taste of almonds! The cake has more chia seeds, so it's very healthy! ❀️❀️
The cake is very suitable for Tet, or sipping with a cup of tea is the best, nothing is as delicious as eating 1, you have to eat 2 more 3 ideas,! 🌿🌿

In general, I like it a lot, because it's easy to make, easy to store, and delicious, so convenient! πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹

Recipe:

  • 4 large egg whites
  • 500-600g almond slices
  • 60g almond powder
  • 160g melted unsalted butter
  • Oatmeal or whole-grain flour: 60g
  • Diet sugar: 210g (I find it sweet, if you like it less, reduce the sugar)
  • Chia seeds (used to sprinkle on cakes depending on more or less)
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make:

Put 1 pot of water on the stove to boil, then turn off the stove.
Then take a bowl of the egg white + sugar and put it on the pot to stir until all the sugar dissolves! (Due to the hot steam rising, the sugar will not be crushed when eating the cake.)

After the sugar is completely dissolved in the whites, put all the remaining ingredients (except the chia seeds) in that bowl and stir well!

  • Pre-heat the oven 170 degrees - 15 minutes
    Next, we take a mould lined with stencils or a silicone sheet and spread the mixture on the mould, the thinner the cake, the more crispy and evenly cooked. Try to square it to cut the cake beautifully. Finally, sprinkle the chia seeds all over the cake and put it in the middle of the oven!

We bake the cake at 170 degrees - 10 minutes for the cake to dry, take out the cake tray to cool completely and then use a sharp knife to cut the cake square as shown!
Then put the cake in the oven and turn it on at 110 degrees - 30 minutes or so depending on the oven, as long as the cake is golden, it's ok! πŸ˜‹

When the cake is done, take it out and let it cool completely. I keep it in an airtight container in the fridge!
