Un rico y sabroso espaguetis.

Hoy prepare unos espaguetis muy sabrosos y lo mejor de todo lo fácil y rápido de preparar, para esos días que solo provoca salir rápido de la cocina, sin embargo quiere cocinar muy sabroso, te invito a que me acompañes a prepararla.

Ingredientes:

• 500 gramos de pollo.
• 500 gramos de espaguetis.
• 2 cucharadas de leche en polvo.
• Queso rallado. Cantidad necesaria.
• 1 cebolla.
• 6 Dientes de ajos.
• 2 cucharada de mantequilla.
• Sal y pimienta.

Ingredients:

• 6 garlic cloves.
• 2 tablespoon of butter.

Preparación.

Para iniciar se corta el pollo trozos relativamente pequeños, se agrega al sartén con las dos cucharadas de mantequilla y sal.

Se dejan cocinar hasta dorar, por lo menos 15 minutos.

Para la Salsa

Se corta la cebolla y 6 dientes de ajos, junto con la leche y el queso rallado.

En la licuadora se procesa los ingredientes con una taza de agua.

In the blender the ingredients are processed with a cup of water.

Luego de procesar los ingredientes, esta mezcla se la agregamos al pollo que ya esta cocinado y dorado

Luego lo dejamos hervir por 2 minutos, para fundir el queso que fue utilizado en la mezcla.

Listo el pollo, se agrega los espaguetis, para revolver con el pollo y la maravillosa salsa.
